About Debbie

Debbie Daly's teaching is influenced by her studies in mindfulness, yin yoga, relaxation and gentle movement. She's passionate about human anatomy, both physical and subtle, and her classes teaching style emphasizes one’s inner experience and intuition, rather than outer form or aesthetics. She is actively engaged with advanced studies under her teachers Paul Grilley and Suzee Grilley.

Debbie has been teaching yoga since 1999 and in 2003 she founded Tucson Yoga, a vibrant low-cost yoga studio in Arizona that serves over 20,000 students per year. She currently manages and teaches at Yoga Toes Studio in Point Reyes, founded by MC Yogi and Amanda Giacomini. She also has a degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University.

As a professional musician and singer, Debbie performs in concerts with her partner Tim Weed, a multi-instrumentalist who often shares beautiful live music in her classes.  She and Tim moved to Point Reyes in 2008, drawn by the natural beauty of West Marin and the fertile musical and spiritual communities of the Bay Area.
